The SAIIPL releases South Africa's first ever domain name decision.
The SAIIPL released South Africa's first ever domain name Decision in terms of the ADR Regulations. The Decision, which relates to the mrplastic.co.za domain name, is the first Decision of its kind in South Africa and is the culmination of a process which initially started with the promulgation of the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act in 2002.
